You need NTLM or Negotiate for that.

Note: MSIE6 only supports NTLM.

How far have you managed to beat the NTLM horse?

- Have Samba joined the domain sucessfully?

- Do a manual ntlm_auth test work when running as your
cache_effective_user (as defined in squid.conf)?
