For HTTP/1.0 keep-alive? Not sure where that specification is today.
Think it was a Netscape document. It's existence is mentioned in
HTTP/1.1 specifications. But the principle is very simple, "Connection:
keep-alive" says the connetion is to be kept open if possible, and must
be negotiated in the request.
