[squid-users] How to throttle wireless clients MISS

When I have squid installed on a system with a wireless upstream link, how to
throttle downloads to clients with TCP_MISS only, not to saturate the
upstream link ?
Actually I am using delay pools for the clients, but these also
unnecessarily throttle TCP_HITs, I guess.
