Hi..

You can do that by following 2 ways..

   1. in cisco box, you can apply policy-based routing in interface..
   2. in squid box, you can setup ipfilter before reaching squid program..

If you want to use method 1, you might do re-positioning cisco & alteon
by packet flows..
