Sometimes Browser doesn't display Web pages picture.

Hello,

I have following questions:

1.Sometimes browser doesn't display (missing picture) Web pages picture.
All my HTTP request going through Squid server.

I don't understand why this happening several times.
Any suggestion?

2.Sometimes when I am try to connect website Squid server tell me there is
no such site.

I don't know why Squid can not locate it
Any suggestion?
