[squid-users] adaptive bandwidth based on requested file size

Is it possible for squid to limit bandwidth based on requested file
size with delay_pool?
So, if A downloads 3 Mb file he will get less bandwidth than B who
downloads 300 Kb file.

If not, is there any clue how to do it?
